Currently leading the Pulse Dataviz Research Group, which investigates how people behave on Twitter's live, human-scale communication network using our datasets. I previously built & led their Analytics Insights team, responsible [externally] for interactive.twitter.com and [internally] for services that help Twitter find actionable insights from metrics, experimentation and research .

Specialized Types is a hybrid fund and technical advisory group containing 33 carefully selected deeply technical members spanning all layers of the stack. The fund is entirely made up of contributions from the group’s technical members. It makes small investments alongside institutional investors at the same terms as the lead investor.

I advise Atípica, a startup whose goal is to create atypical products that enable understanding between companies, hiring managers, recruiters and applicants. Also an advisor in two stealth startups in the Bay Area.

Built a product to manage documents, registration and scheduling for sports events. Sold to Sports Alternative Inc. in 2012, then spun-off and expanded. Now worth millions of dollars.
